What is "The Mane Garden"?
The Mane Garden was born out of a love for textured hair and nature. Our founder wanted to create a hair care brand that celebrates the beauty of textured hair while harnessing the healing power of plants. Learn a bit more here.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or allergies?
We use gentle, natural ingredients that include plants and vegetation extracts in our formulations. Some of our ingredients come straight from our garden! However, natural DOES NOT equate to non allergen! We HIGHLY recommend reviewing our ingredient list on every product and performing a patch test before use, especially if you have known sensitivities!

What hair textures are your products designed for? How do I know which products are best for my hair type?
We serve deeply waved, curly, coily, and kinky hair types. Whether your hair is 2B or 4C, we've formulated our products to tackle the general cons of textured hair, like dryness, definition, frizz and tangles.
While hair texture is cool, it's more important and beneficial to you to know your hair's porosity. We've done our best to carefully choose ingredients that could work with both low and high porosity hair types for a simplistic and balanced routine that could serve all.
Can your products help with protective styles like braids and twists?
Yes! Our products keep your hair hydrated and nourished daily for a healthy foundation under your protective style. This enhances its protective benefits and supports hair health and growth. I absolutely love these products. I use my spray and oil almost everyday
I definitely appreciate the differentiation in porosity levels. My mini braids are staying nice and moisturized underneath my headband wigs. Will definitely be purchasing a second bundle for my husband.
