Refund policy

Refunds 

During this time (in light of COVID-19),we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ANY opened or used intimate/ hygiene items. We cannot accept returns or refunds on sale or giveaway items! All sales are final unless you never received your items! If that is the case please contact us. Once finalized, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund  back to your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us  IMMEDIATELY with photographs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We can't issue a refund, but we would still like to make it right! Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and we can send you a new one.
