Processing & Shipping time
- The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies by high or low order volumes. Please allow at least 3 DAYS TO A WEEK for processing and shipping as larger orders take more time to complete during the weekdays. Smaller orders usually get completed faster but shipping days will always vary as we can't and do not control the mail system (USPS).
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: When we create a shipping label for your package, our system AUTOMATICALLY alerts you that it has been “shipped” right after. This is not always the case. When we package and “ship” your package, it does not mean the physical package has actually been shipped.
- Packages are actually set out to be picked up in bulk by USPS. Once USPS physically comes to pick up packages, they are officially considered “shipped”. The postal workers will eventually SCAN your package and send tracking information to you. This can take anywhere from 1-3 days or more for them to do, ESPECIALLY if you are out of county, country or state!!
- Once packages are out of our hands, we have absolutely no control over what happens to the packages and when they will receive updated tracking information. We will be tracking your packages along with you regularly so please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns!
Estimated delivery times once packages are TAKEN AND SCANNED by USPS (North America):
Local: 1-3 business days
Neighboring cities: 2- 3 business days
Out of county or State: 3-5 or more business days (Please be patient as USPS tries to deliver your packages!)
USPS will do their best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Sometimes we have the issue of USPS NOT been picking up packages at all or not on time! So this may delay you receiving tracking information. But no worries! Your package will get to you!
✨Here’s what YOU can do if you suspect or encounter late packages✨:
Option 1.) If you have concerns and email us, we can take note to also track and manage your package along with you and send any updates we may get.
Option 2.) Contact USPS directly!! Give them your tracking information and any other information or concerns you may have about your package as we can’t really control what goes on with them once they leave us.
